Tom’s Kitchen, Chelsea
Continuing our relationship with Tom’s Kitchen, we worked closely with Michelin Star Chef Tom Aikens, his internal team and B3 Designers to create this trendy new bar and restaurant located in Cale Street, Chelsea. This five-week refurbishment, just a stone’s throw from the Kings Road covers three storeys and encompasses a feature bar, gantry, new flooring, refined seating and an additional private dining room on the second floor. Following completion, we moved onto their Canary Wharf site, to carry out a four-week refurbishment of the Bar and Deli area.

Siamais, Brindley Place, Birmingham
Our third project for this client saw us transform their former restaurant, Thai Edge, into a totally new concept. Located in Brindley Place, the restaurant offers a bar serving signature cocktails and a fusion of authentic Thai food.
The restaurant design detail, by Keane Brands, encompassed a combination of the French colonial influence, with Thai street and an ultra modern bespoke LED backlit feature text table.

Our first project for the award-winning, two Michelin star chef, Tom Aikens. This was the first Tom’s Kitchen to be located outside of London, where there are four existing restaurants in Canary Wharf, St Katherine’s Dock, Somerset House and Chelsea.
The 12 week, £1.5m project, located inside the prestigious Mailbox shopping centre, was completed to open in time for Christmas. The design scheme was created by London based designers B3 and in addition to building a new restaurant, we also created a new central mall deli kiosk in the main Mailbox seating atrium.
